The staff here were really nice; they were helpful but not too pushy. 🌟 the location is convenient, not far from I95.

The room we booked was a good size and brand-new with 2 beds. The hotel's location was convenient and great, close to everything. We were also near Jacksonville, as well as stores and restaurants.

Pretty well located, of course, depends on where you want to go. They provide you with all the basic necessities for the kitchen and if you forget your toothbrush as well. The bedding felt clean.

They were understaffed. We waited more than an hour for the sheets for the sofa bed that we had to accept because they didn't have the room with two beds that we had reserved. When we went down to the front desk to ask for the sheets again, we had to wait about half an hour more because the young lady at the front desk was alone doing all the work (I saw that she did a lot of tasks and solved several issues, there were quite a few people) and she had to leave the place alone (customer service) to go and serve what we needed. While other guests were waiting as well, my criticism is for the hotel owner. The employee is very attentive and helpful but no one can do a thousand things at once and do them well. We had to go upstairs and prepare the sofa bed ourselves, and then send the trolley just down the elevator because there was no staff.

Dirty I couldn't watch any chanel on the TV the hallways were dirty this hotel isn't what I was expecting for the price that I paid and also I have to kill some insects into the shower

Nothing much at all. I wish I could get a refund for my stay. Even when I went back to the front desk to complain about the sink and the fact the stove top didn't work I was already annoyed about standing there again for another 20 mins. It was pretty annoying.then to hear an old man ask to maybe switch out a set of towels for new ones ?? The lady up at the front said, I'm pretty lazy right now sir ?!!? Come down after an hour. He looked at me confused and that was before I even checked in ???

the stove didn't work unless you move the burner around an such. But the back burner didn't work at all, so the food I got was wasted. I had to wait about 20mins just to check in ?? Cause they're was only one person to help out at the front desk. The pillows weren't the best either. Felt very used up and the sink in the bathroom didn't drain well at all. It was a clean room. But just wasn't the best stay at all.

The location here is great - it's close to I95, which makes getting around easy. Plus, it's in a really nice area! 🌟

major issue how you gonna have a kitchenette but no pots or pans. I had to buy my own. That wasn't what u was looking forward too. I have been to this hotel before just different location and that was provided. Also if there is going to be a room change or upgrade please make sure you put the people into what was promised. I was suppose to get a queen but they was gonna put me on the smoking floor when I advised non smoking when I booked the room. I was advised they would put me on a non smoking room with upgrade to a king room bed. I got in there and it aS a twin bed room. So wasn't quite happy with my total experience with my overall stay.
